A real estate syndication is a way of investing in specific property through a group of investors pooling funds. This enables each to invest in larger properties thereby gaining leverage, sharing risk and being able to invest in more properties while gaining tax benefits, growth, appreciation and cashflow, among other benefits.

We buy properties that need improvements and build a business plan specific to the property that will add value. Pivotal REI will team with others as appropriate to optomize opportunities within selected strong geographic areas if all requirements are met.  The map depicts preferred locations with desirable features (populatin growth, economic growth, laws that are balanced or favor landlords, etc). There may periodically be opportunities outside the map, but these are the locations preferred by Pivotal REI. We feel it is important to limit the investment areas so the markets can be understood and monitored within reason.
