Ginny is the Founder and CEO of Pivotal Real Estate Investments, a boutique investment company and Acquisition Solutions, a real estate brokerage.  She is constantly seeking opportunities to invest as a joint venture or syndication along side like-minded people.  She has been in real estate over 40-years, with over 31-years working in acquisitions in the governmental arena.  Ginny has extensive knowledge and ability to understand and work through land title, land use, zoning, valuation, contracting, litigation, permitting and environmental issues, as well as closing complex transactions. She has:

■ Acquired or supervised the acquisition of over 600 properties
■ Earned the designation of Senior, Right of Way Associate (SR/WA)
■ Bought first foreclosure property in 1987

■ Real estate appraiser over six (6) years

Ginny is known for deep due diligence work where she finds the pearls, perils and possiblities on each property she studies.  

Ginny encourages people to 'Work Less, Make More, and Play More' as she feels movement is medicine and personally loves tennis, pickleball, and horseback riding.  She enjoys volunteering in the community and has served on numerous boards and committees.  Ginny currently serves on the Board of Directors for CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors) supervising the 5 focus groups and leading the WIRE, Women in Real Estate group. She is also proud to be a member of CREW-Orlando, CFCAR, (Central Florida Commercial Assn of Realtors), IRWA, (International Right of Way Assn), and is on 2 committees with AAGO (Apartment Assn of Greater Orlando, affiliated with Florida Apartment Assn). She is a part of five (5) national investment masterminds. She serves on the Board at Valhalla Villas, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide independent living facilities for people with autism.
