The Federal JOBS Acts of 2012 and 2017 opened the doors for smaller investors to pool their money to participate in commercial ventures like only the large firms or wealthy few have done for years.  

At Pivotal Real Estate Investments, (Pivotal REI), we aim to help you understand this asset class. Ginny, the Founder, is a passionate advocate of investing in our oldest, biggest, sturdiest, and proven best asset of all time: real estate, aka Mother Earth.  We need it to stand on, to build on, and dating back to the beginning of man, wealth was measured by land ownership. Today, it is still the one asset class common to most of the wealthiest individuals and companies.
